The UK-based Sumo Power Company chose the Nissan GT-R as their car of choice and cooperated with NISMO (Nissan Motorsports International Co. Ltd) to compete in the 2010 FIA GT1 World Championship.

Chassis battery compartment compatible with NiCd, NiMh, LiFe and LiPo battery technologies.
Battery pack may be accessed via an access hatch on the underside of the chassis
