(2) 초기불량 정의: 구매일로부터 10일이내 장착후 동작을 안할시에 ㈜용산알씨에서 ‘초기불량’ 의심된 해당제품을 받은뒤 점검후 초기 불량으로 판정후 처리됩니다. 또한 초기 동작후 사용빈도가 있을시 또는 10일 이후의 문제점은 무상 처리가 아닌 A/S규정으로 변경됨을 안내 드립니다. (3) 방문/택배로 10일내 어려운경우에도 위 사항은 변동이 없음을 안내 드립니다. (4) (주)용산알씨 수입 워런티(WARRANTY CODE)가 부착되여있는 하비윙제품에 한하여 구매일로부터 10일이후 30일이내 타버린경우 혹은 탄흔적이 없어도 탄냄새가날경우 20%할인보상판매로 처리되고 탄흔적이 전혀없는 제품은 30%할인보상판매로 처리됨을 안내드립니다.
